Times Electric Cancels 16.99 Million Repurchased H-Shares, Shrinking Share Capital by 3.55%

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (Times Electric) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 July 2026, confirming the cancellation of 16.99 million previously repurchased H-shares.

The cancelled shares were bought back on-market between 7 May and 25 June 2026 and formally removed from the register on 13 July 2026. Prior to cancellation, Times Electric had 478.80 million H-shares in issue. Following the reduction, the company’s issued share capital stands at 461.80 million H-shares, representing a 3.55% decrease.

No treasury shares remain on the company’s books after the cancellation, and management affirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant legal requirements.
