Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a significant shareholding movement for LENS Technology (HKEX: 06613) on June 22. The total value of the transferred shares amounted to HKD 296 million, representing approximately 3.28% of the company's issued share capital.

In this transaction, a shareholder transferred 3.1347 million shares into Citibank, while 5.2389 million shares were transferred out from Merrill Lynch Far East.

In a separate corporate development, the company's board of directors has announced a proposal. During a board meeting held on May 29, 2026, it was resolved to recommend the adoption of a 2026 A-share restricted stock incentive plan.
