Greentown Service trims share count via HK $0.94 million on-market buyback

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. repurchased 230,000 ordinary shares on 25 September 2026, spending HK $0.94 million in aggregate. The shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK $4.055 to HK $4.11, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK $4.0944 per share.

The transaction reduced Greentown Service’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) by 0.0074%, taking the outstanding share count to 3.112 billion. All repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury holding to 44.43 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 21.90 million shares, representing 0.70% of the share base outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Greentown Service is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 25 October 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
