Mr. Liu Zhiren will resign as the authorized representative under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company. The company secretary, Mr. Lin Luofeng, will be appointed as the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, effective from January 2, 2026.
