China Life Insurance Company Limited announced that any unclaimed 2019 final dividends will be forfeited if not collected by 25 March 2026. The original dividend, declared on 25 March 2020, was RMB0.73 (equivalent to HK$0.79954) per share.

Shareholders entitled to this dividend but who have not yet received it are advised to contact the Company’s H Share Registrar at the provided Hong Kong address before the deadline. According to the announcement, unclaimed amounts after 25 March 2026 will revert to the Company. The forfeiture follows relevant laws and articles of association governing dividend distribution and claims in the listed jurisdictions.
