Ley Choon’s Subsidiaries Awarded $61.8 Mil Worth of Contracts

Ley Choon Group Holdings’ subsidiaries have secured contracts worth a total of $61.8 million for laying of underground utilities services and related road instalment; road facilities and airport related works.

The subsidiaries are Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering, Chin Kuan Engineering and Contractors, as well as the company’s joint venture partnership, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Gim Tian Civil Engineering Joint Venture.

The contracts are expected to be completed within 24 to 36 months, and are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings, though are not expected to have a material impact on earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for FY2026.

Shares in Ley Choon Group closed 0.3 cents lower or 3.571% down at 8.1 cents on July 28.
