Bulletin Express11-27

Tanwan Inc. (9890) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Liliya Culture & Entertainment Limited (TANWAN) signed an Artist Work Development Cooperation Agreement on November 27, 2025, with COEXIST CO., LIMITED and Shenzhen Gongyisi Culture Limited (collectively the COEXIST Group). The cooperation period extends five years, from November 27, 2025, to November 26, 2030.

Under the agreement, the COEXIST Group will arrange legally valid authorization contracts with more than 200 artists, granting TANWAN exclusive rights to use these Artistic Works for designing, developing, producing, and selling pop toy products, including sculptural 3D objects, plush items, figurines, building blocks, and three-dimensional derivative products. In addition, TANWAN will collaborate on a non-exclusive basis for other derivative products across various categories.

The cooperation seeks to integrate TANWAN’s expertise in digital entertainment with COEXIST Group’s extensive artist resources, aiming to build new pop toy offerings under an “IP Ecosystem Strategy.” Future plans include leveraging established brands such as BRO KOOLI, CASHY BABY, LILIA ANGEL, Garfield Family, Sesame Street, and PINGU, with a focus on “Classic IP + Artist IP” to create a diverse range of creative, emotionally interactive products in the pop toy market.
