INTELLIMARK AI (ASX: 08041) has announced a change in its auditing firm.
The company's current auditor, Crowe Horwath, has resigned from its position, effective June 18, 2026.
Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor.
This appointment will take effect on June 18, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy created by Crowe Horwath's resignation.
The new auditor will hold office until the conclusion of the company's next Annual General Meeting.
