CGN New Energy Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in April 2026; Public Float Meets Exchange Rules

CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 May 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 250.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, translating into HKD 25.00 million in authorised capital.

Issued share capital was equally stable: 4.29 billion ordinary shares were outstanding at both the beginning and end of the month. The filing shows zero treasury shares and no movements stemming from share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity‐linked instruments.

CGN New Energy also confirmed compliance with the Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares, reaffirming that the proportion of freely tradable shares remains within regulatory thresholds.

The return was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Hu Guangyao, indicating the company’s continued alignment with listing rule disclosure obligations.
