On October 21, financial sources reported that Bank Of Suzhou Co., Ltd. announced today that it has successfully issued its "Bank Of Suzhou Co.,Ltd. 2025 Tier 2 Capital Bonds (Phase 1)" in the national interbank bond market, following approval from the People's Bank of China and the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration.

The bond issuance was completed on October 16, 2025, with payments settled on October 20, 2025, for a total amount of RMB 4.5 billion. This bond has a fixed interest rate for a term of 10 years, with an issuer redemption option at the end of the fifth year. The coupon rate is set at 2.45%. Proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to strengthen the bank's Tier 2 capital, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
