COFCO JOYCOME (01610) announced that effective December 23, 2025, Mr. Chen Zhigang has resigned as the company's non-executive director and stepped down as a member of the Food Safety Committee. Mr. Wu Haojun has been appointed as the company's non-executive director, and Mr. Wang Guoxin has been appointed as a member of the Food Safety Committee.
