According to customs statistics, China's exports of mechanical and electrical products in the first two months of the year reached 2.89 trillion yuan, representing a growth of 24.3%. Labor-intensive products exports amounted to 702.67 billion yuan, up 15.6%, while agricultural product exports totaled 120.01 billion yuan, increasing by 9.7%.
On the import side, mechanical and electrical product imports rose to 1.21 trillion yuan, climbing 21.3%. Iron ore imports reached 210 million tons, up 10%, and crude oil imports totaled 96.934 million tons, increasing by 15.8%.
