Bank Of Beijing Co., Ltd. has announced its intention to distribute dividends for its preferred shares on July 28.
The dividend calculation period begins on July 28, 2025. Based on the stated dividend rate of 4.20% for the 'Bei Yin You 2' series, a cash dividend of 4.20 yuan per share, inclusive of tax, will be issued.
The total dividend payout is projected to be approximately 546 million yuan, also inclusive of tax.
