NEWTREND GROUP Appoints Zuo Yue and Zhang Xianqiao as Joint Company Secretaries

NEWTREND GROUP (02573) announced that Ms. Huang Huier has resigned from her positions as Company Secretary and the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules, effective April 1, 2026, due to work arrangements.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Zuo Yue and Ms. Zhang Xianqiao as Joint Company Secretaries, effective from April 1, 2026. Ms. Zuo and Ms. Zhang will jointly perform the duties of the Company Secretary.

Concurrently, Ms. Zuo has been appointed as the Board Secretary by the Board, effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Zhang has also been appointed as the company's Authorized Representative for service of legal process and notifications under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, as well as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from the same date.
