Dongyue Group Limited released a shareholder notification on 24 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated 24 April 2026, the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”) are now available on both the company’s website (www.dongyuechem.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to investors who previously opted for hard-copy materials.

Shareholders may revise their future communication preferences—opting for either electronic or printed formats—by sending written notice to the company via its Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 189-ecom@vistra.com. Requests for printed copies will be fulfilled free of charge if shareholders encounter difficulties accessing online versions.

For future corporate communications, Dongyue will continue to provide bilingual (English and Chinese) materials online and make printed versions available upon request.
