Effective March 23, 2026: (1) Ms. Si Wen has resigned from her positions as an executive director and a member of the remuneration committee; (2) Dr. Hua Haiqing has been appointed as an executive director of the company; (3) Mr. Zhang Shaoren has been appointed as the company's chief financial officer; and (4) Dr. Zhu Zhongyuan has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
