Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (Shenzhen Int’l) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 4 August 2026, covering movements up to 31 July 2026.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each, equivalent to HKD 3.00 billion. • Issued share count was steady at 2.45 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and no new shares were issued during the period.
