CICC Receives Fitch Upgrade to 'A-' with Stable Outlook

China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) (HKEX: 03908) has announced an upgrade to its credit rating.

According to a notice published by Fitch Ratings on its official website on June 26, 2026, the agency has determined to raise the long-term issuer default ratings for CICC and its subsidiary CICC International from 'BBB+' to 'A-'.

The rating outlook for both entities has been set as stable.

Concurrently, Fitch has also elevated the shareholder support ratings for these two companies from 'bbb+' to 'a-'.
