Deep News03:25

Fractile, a chip developer, is reportedly in advanced negotiations to secure new funding at a pre-money valuation of $6.5 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter. The company plans to raise approximately $600 million in this round.

This potential funding round comes just three months after the startup completed a $220 million financing at a post-money valuation of around $1 billion, which was led by venture capital firms Accel, Founders Fund, and Factorial Funds.

Fractile has also reached a preliminary agreement with AI company Anthropic to sell approximately $250 million worth of its chips, with both parties planning to expand the scope of this contract in the future.
