MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) disclosed that it repurchased 26,760 American depositary shares (ADSs), representing 107,040 ordinary shares, on 11 September 2026 via the New York Stock Exchange under an existing Rule 10b5-1 program.

Key transaction details • Volume and proportion: 107,040 ordinary shares, equal to 0.0088 % of MNSO’s 1.21 billion shares in issue prior to the transaction. • Price range: USD 2.26–USD 2.29 per ordinary share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of USD 2.27. • Cash outlay: USD 0.24 million in aggregate.

Share capital position • Opening and closing issued share count (excluding treasury shares) on 11 September 2026 remained unchanged at 1,214.04 million. • The repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled and are slated for cancellation, which will reduce the outstanding share base once completed.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • The board-authorised mandate dated 18 June 2026 permits the company to buy back up to 121.40 million shares. • Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 13.58 million shares, representing 1.12 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, MNSO is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 October 2026.
