19 May 2026—BlackRock, Inc., classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, disclosed a series of derivative transactions that collectively reference 153,800 ENN Energy shares.

• Transaction scope: Nine “other” derivative contracts were initiated on 19 May 2026, each tied to ENN Energy shares.

• Pricing: Reference prices ranged narrowly between US$59.27 and US$59.38 per share, yielding a volume-weighted average reference price of approximately US$59.28.

• Consideration: Aggregate consideration paid across the nine contracts totalled about US$2.89 million.

• Position impact: Following the trades, BlackRock’s resultant position linked to ENN Energy increased to 9.70 million shares.

The disclosure forms part of the ongoing privatisation process of ENN Energy by way of a scheme of arrangement, requiring parties acting in concert with the offeree company to report dealings under Rule 22 of the Takeovers Code.
