On July 18, coinciding with the WAIC 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, BUTONG GROUP (06090), through its subsidiary Create Different Holding (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., formally entered into a five-year strategic cooperation framework agreement with Swancor Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd. (688585.SH).

The partnership will focus on collaborative efforts in material selection and development, channel distribution, high-end manufacturing and unit assembly, robotics research and development, and industrial investment, aiming to jointly establish a new ecosystem for intelligent home services.

Swancor Advanced Materials' expertise lies in its long-term focus on high-performance composite materials and recyclable materials. Leveraging its self-developed Qiyuan T1 and Q1 product systems, the company is accelerating the R&D and industrialization of general-purpose intelligent robots, continuously enhancing product aesthetics, CMF design, interactive experiences, and their adaptability to both home and commercial environments.

BUTONG GROUP, a leader in China's premium home lifestyle sector, possesses deep expertise in user insight, supply chain integration, and channel operations through its BeBeBus brand.

The collaboration is seen as a complementary union of strengths, poised to drive the deep integration of robotics technology with high-end home scenarios.

This strategic move is a key initiative for BUTONG GROUP in implementing its "AI Empowerment Creates Difference" strategy.

The group has already established Create Different Robotics (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by its subsidiary Create Different Holding (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.

A smart manufacturing facility in Ningbo's Fenghua district is set to commence operations soon, providing support for research, development, and mass production.

The group anticipates launching new products such as smart mattresses and smart luggage in the second half of 2026, thereby enriching its portfolio of smart home offerings.

On the policy front, the recent issuance of the "15th Five-Year Plan for Expanding Consumption" by the State Council explicitly calls for expanding the supply of childcare products and services and increasing the effective supply of new-generation intelligent terminal products.

BUTONG GROUP's business layout aligns closely with these policy directives, presenting comprehensive growth opportunities for the company's product supply, technological R&D, and market channels.

Regarding its stock performance, shares of BUTONG GROUP have experienced a strong upward trend since July 8, with a cumulative increase exceeding 59% to date.
