The company recently entered into a partnership agreement for Shanghai Haohan Lixing Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). As a limited partner, Tongyu Communication subscribed to a contribution of 30 million yuan in Shanghai Haohan Lixing Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Haohan Lixing") using its own funds. Following the subscription, Haohan Lixing will acquire the company's entire equity stake in Hongqing Technology for 30 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Tongyu Communication will transition from holding equity in Hongqing Technology directly to holding it indirectly through the partnership entity.
