Deep News01-05

Xiaomi International has entered into a strategic partnership with AliExpress, the cross-border e-commerce platform under Alibaba. Xiaomi's international business has officially joined AliExpress's "Super Brand Going Global Plan," with the two parties set to collaborate on core product categories such as smartphones and televisions. The partnership aims to jointly develop localized user operations and brand building in key overseas markets.

Xiaomi Group Senior Vice President and President of International, Zeng Xuezhong, stated that driven by AliExpress's Super Brand Going Global Plan, Xiaomi has experienced rapid growth. He confirmed that AliExpress has become Xiaomi's primary platform for global expansion, and the company will continue to increase its investment on the platform through 2026.

During the recent Black Friday promotional period, Xiaomi's POCO F8 series smartphone achieved $2 million in sales, making it the top-selling new product on AliExpress. Additionally, Xiaomi televisions secured the number one position in the TV category on AliExpress in the European market.

AliExpress officially launched its "Super Brand Going Global Plan" in September 2025. During the 2025 overseas Double 11 and Black Friday shopping events, over 300 brands on AliExpress achieved single-day sales that were more than double those on Amazon. The number of brands reaching million-dollar sales volumes increased by 80% year-over-year.
