CSSC SHIPPING (03877) announced that effective January 6, 2026: Mr. Zhang Qipeng has resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Director due to work adjustments, concurrently stepping down from his roles as a member of the Board Audit Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee; and Mr. Xie Weizhong has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, a member of the Board Audit Committee, and a member of the Strategy and Investment Committee.
