FUYAO GLASS Declares Final Dividend of RMB 1.20 Per Share for 2025

FUYAO GLASS (03606) announced that the company will distribute a final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025, of RMB 1.20 per share (before tax) to H-shareholders registered on the company's register of members on Friday, May 22, 2026. The H-share dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, with a final cash dividend of approximately HKD 1.369525 per H-share (before tax). The final dividend will be paid by the receiving agent on Friday, June 12, 2026. To determine the list of H-shareholders entitled to the final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025, the company will suspend the registration of H-share transfers from Monday, May 18, 2026, to Friday, May 22, 2026, inclusive.
