PHOENIX TV (02008) has announced that Mr. Sun Yusheng has resigned from his positions as an executive director, executive deputy chief executive officer and editor-in-chief, and member of the nomination committee of the company, effective May 15, 2026, due to retirement. He will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the company's authorized representative for accepting legal process or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules. Mr. Li Ting has been appointed as an executive director, executive deputy chief executive officer and editor-in-chief, member of the nomination committee, authorized representative, and authorized representative for accepting legal process of the company, effective from May 15, 2026.
