Bulletin Express08-20

Hanking Gold International Limited announced the elevation of Independent Non-Executive Director Wang Ping to the newly created position of Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 20 August 2026.

As of the announcement date, Hanking Gold’s board comprises: • Executive Directors: Qiu Yumin, Zhang Jing, Tang Wenbin, and Zhang Junfeng • Non-Executive Directors: Xia Zhuo (Chairman) and Zhao Yanchao • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Wang Ping, Wang Anjian, Zhao Bingwen, and Tim Sun

The board welcomed Wang Ping to his expanded role and reiterated its commitment to robust governance standards.
