On the afternoon of October 14, the county held a meeting to deploy the 2027 universal enrollment work, thoroughly analyzing the current situation of universal enrollment, providing a detailed interpretation of the 2027 urban and rural resident medical insurance enrollment policy, and comprehensively arranging the key tasks for the next stage of enrollment and premium collection, anchoring the goal of "ensuring enrollment for all who are eligible, leaving no household behind, and not missing a single person," in a full effort to weave a dense and solid safety net for people's livelihood.
The meeting clarified that the individual premium standard for the county's urban and rural resident basic medical insurance for 2027 is 400 yuan per person per year, with the enrollment and payment period running from September 29, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
The meeting pointed out that universal enrollment is a major livelihood project benefiting thousands of households, and concerns the health and vital interests of the people. The entire county must attach great importance to medical insurance enrollment work, effectively raise political awareness, fully recognize the importance and urgency of universal enrollment work, and treat enrollment and premium collection as a key current livelihood task to be carried out thoroughly and meticulously.
The meeting required that all towns and relevant units must promptly deploy work tasks, firmly press and tighten principal responsibilities, refine work plans, clarify work division, solidify work milestones, and push task implementation down through every level. Medical insurance policies must be widely publicized, relying on various methods such as household visits, village-level WeChat groups, bulletin boards, and rural loudspeakers to comprehensively and from multiple angles popularize payment standards, payment channels, and reimbursement benefits, so that the medical insurance benefit policies become known to every household and every person. It is necessary to adhere to data empowerment for precise enrollment, relying on departmental big data comparison to precisely identify the baseline of those not enrolled, those who have lapsed in coverage, as well as disadvantaged groups, students in school, and migrant workers, establish ledgers, apply classified measures, and conduct precise mobilization. It is necessary to strengthen coordinated linkage, strictly implement the departmental coordination mechanism, and medical insurance, public security, civil affairs, human resources and social security, taxation, health, rural revitalization, disabled persons' federation, education, and other departments must closely cooperate and jointly manage to gather a strong synergy for universal enrollment.
The meeting emphasized that all localities and departments throughout the county must take enrollment for all who are eligible and comprehensive enrollment as the ultimate goal, continuously optimize convenient services, implement agency and assistance services for special groups, open up the "last mile" of service to the people, and ensure the successful completion of all tasks for the 2027 urban and rural resident medical insurance enrollment and premium collection work. County leader Xie Wensong attended the meeting and put forward specific work requirements.
