(CPIC) has reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the appointment of Mr. Wang Mingchao as Vice President of the company. The board agreed to appoint Wang Mingchao as Vice President, with his term lasting until the expiration of the current board. According to his resume, Wang Mingchao was born in October 1976 and currently serves as the company's Human Resources Director. He previously held positions including Head of the Party Affairs Department/Organization and Cadre Department at CPIC Life, Deputy General Manager and Senior Deputy General Manager at CPIC Life Shanghai Branch, General Manager of the Cooperative Business Department at CPIC Anlian Health Insurance, General Manager of the Shanghai Business Department, Sales Director, Head of the Life Individual Cooperative Business Center, General Manager of the Shanghai Branch, and Chairman of the Labor Union. He also served as Director of the Board Office, Deputy Market Director, and Board Secretary at CPIC Property & Casualty, as well as a director at Pacific Health Insurance. Wang Mingchao holds a postgraduate degree, a master's degree, and is a certified Senior Human Resources Manager.
