This project will establish a comprehensive industrial platform integrating a research and application center with a manufacturing and testing base. On the R&D front, the initiative aims to connect the entire chain from "manufacturing-product-scenario-operations," covering four core areas: mobile energy storage charging robots, automatic docking charging robots, intelligent scheduling, and safety and compliance systems. The manufacturing focus will target both domestic and international markets, developing a full range of products for industrial and consumer grades, including various industrial robot lines and home-use automatic charging robot products. The production line construction and delivery standards are being developed with reference to automotive-grade factory audit criteria. Upon completion and operation, the designed annual production capacity is set to reach the ten-thousand-unit level. Furthermore, the production line design incorporates compatibility and upgrade interfaces for potential new technological directions such as wireless charging and embodied intelligent robot assembly, ensuring long-term flexibility and market competitiveness.
In June, Shanghai Zhida Robot Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai's Zhangjiang area and joined the Zhangjiang Robot Ecosystem Alliance. With the Ningbo base now operational, ZHIDA TECH has solidified its complete "R&D-Manufacturing-Operations" industrial chain layout. Looking ahead, the R&D efforts will be spearheaded by Shanghai Zhida Robot Technology Co., leveraging the industrial cluster advantages of Zhangjiang Robot Valley to focus on core technology breakthroughs and product iteration. The manufacturing responsibilities will be undertaken by the Ningbo base, bringing mass production and engineering capabilities to fruition.
