VITASOY INT'L (00345) has announced that Ms. Lo Kai Mei will transition from her role as a non-executive director to an executive director of the company, effective April 1, 2026. Following this appointment, Ms. Lo will step down from her position on the company's remuneration and nomination committee. Concurrently, Ms. Lo will be appointed as a member of the company's executive committee and as a director of several of the company's subsidiaries, also effective from April 1, 2026.
