Recently, COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SAI") sent a letter of appreciation to Dawning Information Industry Co.,Ltd. (Sugon). The letter highly commended the domestic high-performance computing platform and related services provided by Sugon, fully affirming the critical role played by Sugon's HPC and support center team in providing computational power for the research and development of domestic aircraft. This appreciation letter not only recognizes Sugon's technical capabilities but also signifies a key breakthrough for "Super Intelligent Convergence" technology in the aviation sector. In the process of independently developing civil airliners, SAI has long faced the dual challenges of an exponential increase in aircraft design complexity and continuously rising requirements for simulation accuracy. Traditional computing platforms gradually revealed core pain points, including insufficient adaptation for heterogeneous computing power, lagging processing of massive data, and barriers in adapting imported hardware and software. To address these challenges, Sugon, leveraging its "Super Intelligent Convergence" technology, custom-built a domestic high-performance computing platform for SAI. This platform achieved three major breakthroughs: pooled scheduling of heterogeneous computing power, leading to a significant efficiency boost for single tasks. Sugon's self-developed computing power scheduling system can intelligently perceive task characteristics, drastically reducing the computation time for individual tasks. Petabyte-level all-flash storage with millisecond response successfully handles the real-time processing of daily new terabytes of simulation data, reducing data access latency to the microsecond level. Deep adaptation with domestic software achieved compatibility with mainstream CAE software, significantly lowering migration risks compared to imported solutions. The letter of appreciation specifically mentioned that the Sugon team has long been deeply involved on the front lines, ensuring business continuity for the customer with a high degree of professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. The letter not only acknowledges Sugon's "user-centric" service philosophy but also sets an innovative model of "Chinese Computing Power + Chinese Manufacturing" for the domestic high-end manufacturing sector.
