INGDAN (00400) announced that on November 6, 2025, the company entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Shenzhen Huixin Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. (Huixin Investment). Huixin Investment is a Chinese company and serves as the core operating entity of the National 5G Mid-to-High Frequency Device Innovation Center (NARFD).

The MOU aims to establish a strategic cooperation framework between INGDAN and NARFD to jointly develop an AIoT innovation incubation platform. Leveraging its strengths in AI chip applications, solution design, and supply chain integration, INGDAN will collaborate with NARFD’s robust R&D, incubation, and capital resources to provide comprehensive startup support for AIoT innovators.

NARFD was established under the guidance of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is a key component of the national advanced manufacturing innovation center network. The board believes this partnership will enable both parties to complement each other’s advantages in technology, capital, industrial resources, and government support, fostering a complete ecosystem for AIoT startups.

The collaboration is expected to further solidify INGDAN’s position in the AI hardware industry, expand market reach, accelerate the commercialization of innovative AI products, and lay a strong foundation for long-term strategic partnerships and sustainable growth.
