YSB Repurchases 105,600 Shares for HKD0.38 Million; Outstanding Share Count Steady at 692.49 Million

YSB Inc. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 105,600 ordinary shares on 1 September 2026 via on-market transactions.

• Transaction details: Shares were bought back at prices ranging from HKD 3.53 to HKD 3.62, with a volume-weighted average repurchase price of approximately HKD 3.58 per share, bringing total consideration to HKD 0.38 million.

• Share capital impact: The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 692.49 million ordinary shares as at 1 September 2026, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: Following this latest transaction, YSB has repurchased 806,000 shares under the mandate granted on 21 May 2026, utilising roughly 0.12 % of the 68.81 million shares authorised for buyback.

• Moratorium: In line with Main Board Rule 10.06, YSB is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.

The board confirmed that all procedures complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules, applicable laws and the terms of the company’s existing repurchase mandate.
