Jiangxi Jiangnan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (603124.SH) announced its plan to invest approximately 300 million yuan in the construction of a high-end copper-based core material research and development (R&D) and industrialization project in Yingtan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

The project will cover an area of around 320 mu (approximately 21.3 hectares) and include the construction of smart manufacturing facilities, procurement of advanced production equipment, and supporting infrastructure such as office buildings, R&D centers, dormitories, and warehouses. Key products will comprise copper ball series and high-precision copper-based heat dissipation components.

This investment decision aligns with the company's development strategy, business layout, and market demand for its products. Upon completion, the project is expected to enhance the company's intelligent and automated production capabilities, enabling more efficient operations and centralized management.

The initiative aims to strengthen Jiangnan New Material's manufacturing capacity, production efficiency, R&D capabilities, management standards, and economies of scale.
