AEC Group Publishes 2025/26 Annual Report Online; Shareholders Advised to Opt for Electronic Communications

On 18 June 2026, Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (AEC Group, stock code 08320) announced the release of its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2025/26. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (http://www.asecg.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

AEC Group urges shareholders to review the report via these online platforms, highlighting the efficiency and environmental benefits of digital access. Registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the electronic documents, or who prefer hard copies, can request printed versions at no cost by submitting the enclosed Reply Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., or by emailing 8320-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid return envelope is provided for local mail.

The company emphasizes that shareholders bear responsibility for supplying a valid email address to receive future electronic notifications. Until an operational address is provided, AEC Group will dispatch notices and actionable corporate communications in printed format by post. Shareholders’ existing instructions for printed copies will remain effective until 31 March 2028 unless amended in writing.
