Greentown China posts RMB122.80 billion in contracted sales for the first eight months of 2026

Greentown China Holdings Limited (Greentown China) released unaudited operating data for the eight months ended 31 August 2026, highlighting resilient sales momentum across both self-investment developments and project-management mandates.

In August alone, the Group delivered 1,468 self-investment units, translating to about 200,000 sq m of saleable area and generating RMB7.50 billion in monthly sales. The average selling price reached RMB37,369 per sq m.

Cumulatively from January to August, self-investment projects contributed 2.20 million sq m of contracted sales area and RMB72.60 billion in sales, with RMB49.80 billion attributable to Greentown China. As at 31 August 2026, additional subscription sales stood at RMB1.60 billion, of which RMB1.10 billion was attributable to the Group.

Greentown China’s project-management segment continued to scale, securing approximately 460,000 sq m of sales area and RMB8.70 billion in August. Year-to-date, the segment recorded 3.34 million sq m in sales area and RMB50.20 billion in sales value.

Aggregating self-investment and project-management contributions, total sales for the eight-month period amounted to 5.54 million sq m with contracted sales of RMB122.80 billion, underscoring the company’s solid market position amid a challenging real-estate environment.
