Deep News04-03

Eve Energy Co., Ltd. has substantially increased the capital of its subsidiary. Jiangsu Eve Energy Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, renaming itself Jiangsu Eve Energy Co., Ltd. Its registered capital surged from 10 million yuan to 900 million yuan, an increase of 8,900%. Concurrently, the former shareholder, Wuhan Eve Energy Storage Co., Ltd., exited, and Eve Energy Co., Ltd. became the new sole shareholder.

Jiangsu Eve Energy Co., Ltd. was established in December 2024. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, R&D in new energy technologies, R&D in new material technologies, manufacturing of automotive parts and components, and manufacturing of new energy power equipment.

Jiangsu Province is a key region for Eve Energy's industrial layout. In 2020, Eve Power Hong Kong and SKI signed a joint venture contract to co-build 27GWh of pouch power battery production capacity, actively advancing the company's development in the new energy battery sector. In 2021, the Eve Linyang 10GWh energy storage battery project, located in Qidong Economic Development Zone, was invested in and constructed by a subsidiary of Eve Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project involved a total investment of 3 billion yuan, including 1 billion yuan in equipment investment, for an annual production capacity of 10GWh of lithium iron phosphate batteries.

Domestically, Eve Energy has established production capacity layouts in Huizhou, Hubei, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Zhejiang. Internationally, the company has built a battery production base in Malaysia and is actively promoting the construction of its factory project in Hungary. Including projects under construction and already operational, Eve Energy has become one of the fastest-expanding lithium battery companies in recent years, with planning and execution capabilities considered first-class in the battery industry.

This significant capacity expansion is driven by surging demand. Data indicates that China's energy storage battery shipments reached 630GWh in 2025, a year-on-year increase of over 80%. Eve Energy's energy storage battery shipments were 71.05GWh, up 40.84% year-on-year, firmly securing its position as a global top-two supplier. In the same year, global power battery shipments reached 1495.1GWh, a 42.2% increase, with Eve Energy's power battery shipments at 50.15GWh, growing 65.56% year-on-year.

Furthermore, Eve Energy has made breakthrough progress in solid-state battery technology. Its "Longquan No. 2" and "Longquan No. 3" all-solid-state batteries have successively commenced production, with core indicators such as energy density entering the global top tier. With the recovery of the traditional automotive and energy storage markets, and the rise of sectors like low-altitude economy and robotics, the application scenarios for lithium batteries are set to broaden further. Eve Energy is poised to leverage its substantial production scale to gain a competitive advantage.
