LONGCHEER (09611) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of 42.125 billion yuan and a profit attributable to owners of the parent company of 585 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 16.76%. Basic earnings per share stood at 1.27 yuan. The board proposed a final dividend of 5 yuan per 10 ordinary shares, tax inclusive.

During the reporting period, the growth in gross profit was primarily attributed to the company's strategic focus on projects involving more advanced innovative product types, which cater to larger market demands and possess higher gross profit potential. This was accompanied by a deliberate shift away from certain low-margin projects, emphasizing the pursuit of higher-quality growth. Additionally, market raw material prices stabilized, putting an end to the upward trend observed in 2024.

For its smartphone business, the company achieved revenue of 28.9347 billion yuan for the full year, with total shipments reaching 152 million units. The company's customer structure and project quality continued to improve, leading to a significant enhancement in risk resilience. In terms of product portfolio, while maintaining stable sales of entry-level models, the company accelerated its upgrade towards mid-to-high-end product lines. The proportion of 5G smartphone shipments continued to increase, effectively aligning with growth demands globally, particularly in emerging markets.

Throughout the reporting period, the company successfully secured new projects with overseas clients, laying a solid foundation for the growth of its international market business in 2026.
