NetEase, Inc. announced that, pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company has shifted to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.
The change aligns with the paperless listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023 and covers directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
Key operational details: • Both English and Chinese versions of every corporate communication will be posted on the company’s investor-relations site (http://ir.netease.com) and on the HKEXnews platform (http://www.hkexnews.hk). • Shareholders must proactively visit these sites to access documents. • Non-registered shareholders who prefer email delivery should provide their email addresses to the relevant intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited—through which their shares are held. • Printed copies remain available upon request. Shareholders must return a signed reply form or email NetEase.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. Each print request is valid for one year from the date of receipt.
Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited continues to act as Hong Kong share registrar and will handle shareholder queries on +852 2862 8688 during business hours. The notification letter was issued on 30 July 2026 and signed by Director William Lei Ding on behalf of the Board.
