HATCHER GROUP (08365) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on December 16, 2025. A total of 18 million placement shares were successfully allocated by the placing agent at HK$1.65 per share to no fewer than six placees in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The shares represent approximately 9.51% of the company's enlarged issued share capital following the placement.
