The global leader in food and facilities services, Aramark, has recently been selected by TIME magazine as one of "America's Best Companies 2026." This recognition aims to honor organizations demonstrating excellence across three key dimensions: employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency. Aramark distinguished itself among hundreds of thousands of evaluated companies, receiving acknowledgment for its performance in all three areas.

The company's Chief Executive Officer stated that this honor affirms the company's philosophy of investing in its employees and driving sustainable growth through principled operations. The commitment of employees to a service ethos forms the foundation for the company's ongoing value creation for clients, shareholders, and communities.

TIME's selection process is based on three critical dimensions. For employee satisfaction, it relies on survey data from approximately 217,000 U.S. company employees over the past three years, covering metrics such as workplace culture, compensation, working conditions, and equity. Financial performance is assessed by examining short-term and long-term revenue growth, profitability, asset growth, and return on assets. Sustainability transparency is evaluated using Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indicators, including carbon emission intensity, leadership diversity, human rights policies, corporate responsibility reporting, and compliance practices.

Aramark has been experiencing strong business momentum. The company has entered the hyper-scale AI data center market, launching a new integrated services platform called Aramark Nexus, which provides unified services for large-scale remote operational environments. It has also secured a multi-year agreement with a leading global hyper-scale client. For the second quarter of the 2026 fiscal year, the company achieved 12% organic revenue growth, a 26% increase in operating income, and a 40% rise in adjusted earnings per share, demonstrating robust financial performance.

This inclusion on TIME's list follows closely on the heels of Aramark being ranked fourth in the Diversified Outsourcing Services category of the Fortune 2026 "World's Most Admired Companies" list, further solidifying its leading position within the industry.
