Having reached statutory retirement age, Mr. Bai resigned from his positions as Director, Chairman, and member of both the Strategy & Sustainable Development Committee and Nomination Committee, effective immediately upon receipt by the Board.

The resignation complies with China's Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, maintaining the Board's membership above the statutory minimum threshold. Following his departure, Mr. Bai holds no positions within the Company and owns zero shares.
