Melco International introduces electronic-only distribution for future corporate communications

Bulletin Express08-03 08:26

Melco International Development Limited announced that, pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and its own articles of association, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided solely in electronic form.

Effective immediately, printed copies will no longer be dispatched to non-registered shareholders unless a specific request is submitted. Both English and Chinese versions of every subsequent corporate communication will be accessible on the company’s website (www.melco-group.com) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are urged to: 1. Monitor the company or HKEX websites for new publications; and 2. Consider subscribing to HKEX’s “News Alerts” service for automated email notifications.

Shareholders who prefer hard copies can complete and return the enclosed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (melco200-ecom@vistra.com). Requested printed copies will be supplied free of charge, and such instructions will remain valid until the last day of Melco International’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded in writing.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s Customer Services Hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., or via email at melco200-ecom@vistra.com.
