CHICMAX Buys Back 31,100 H Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 2.46 Million

Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (CHICMAX) reported that it repurchased 31,100 H shares on 9 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 22.44 to HKD 22.50, giving a volume-weighted average price of HKD 22.48 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.70 million.

The buyback represents 0.0152% of CHICMAX’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction. Following the purchase, the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury) fell to 204.06 million, while treasury shares increased to 2.46 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 206.52 million.

The transaction was executed under the share repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 8 May 2026, which permits the company to acquire up to 20.64 million shares. Including the latest purchase, CHICMAX has repurchased 2.46 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 1.19% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate’s approval date.

CHICMAX confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong’s Main Board Listing Rules. A moratorium on new share issues or the sale of treasury shares is in effect until 9 October 2026, in line with regulatory requirements.
