China Longyuan to Shift Fully to E-Delivery of Corporate Communications, Requests Shareholder Email Registration

Bulletin Express04-08

China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited issued a reminder on 8 April 2026 that it is formalising the transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. The initiative, first announced on 6 February 2024, covers a broad range of shareholder materials, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Key points:

• Scope of e-delivery: Both English and Chinese versions of every forthcoming corporate communication will be published on the company’s website (www.clypg.com.cn) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). No hard copies will be dispatched unless specifically requested.

• Email registration drive: Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

• Actionable communications: Until a functional email address is on record, the company will continue to send Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—in printed form.

• Opt-in for hard copies: Shareholders preferring physical documents may request printed versions for up to one year by completing the reply form or emailing ChinaLongyuan.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address.

• Enquiries: The H-share registrar can be contacted at +852 2862 8688 on weekdays (09:00–18:00, Hong Kong time) for questions regarding the new arrangement.

Chairman Gong Yufei signed the notice on behalf of the Board, underscoring China Longyuan’s commitment to streamlined, environmentally friendly communication with its investors.
