JPMorgan Lowers MINTH Group Target to HK$60, Keeps "Overweight" Rating

Stock News03-25

JPMorgan has released a research report indicating that MINTH GROUP-100 (00425) is facing challenges from the macroeconomic environment. The firm has lowered its profit forecasts for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 by 7% to 8% and reduced the target price from HK$70 to HK$60. However, it maintained an "Overweight" rating on the stock and reaffirmed MINTH as its top pick within China's automotive components sector. JPMorgan noted that MINTH's management attributed the weaker-than-expected gross profit margin in the second half of last year to one-off factors and expects both revenue and net profit to grow this year. Additionally, management has raised its new business revenue guidance for 2026 to 2027, which includes humanoid robots and liquid cooling solutions for AI servers.
