On the afternoon of December 12, DingTalk addressed the issue of its document function crash via an official post. The statement read, "We sincerely apologize! Around 4:30 PM today, multiple users reported disruptions in DingTalk's document service. After urgent troubleshooting, the function was restored by 5:25 PM. We regret any inconvenience caused, especially for delaying everyone's off-work time."
