INNOSCIENCE Shares Surge Over 5% Again Following Major Patent Litigation Victory Against Infineon

INNOSCIENCE (02577) saw its shares rise more than 5% again. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 4.13%, trading at HKD 66.85, with a turnover of HKD 251 million. The surge follows significant progress in the company's patent litigation efforts. On April 24, INNOSCIENCE received favorable rulings from the Beijing Intellectual Property Court in two administrative patent lawsuits. The court fully upheld the validity of two of INNOSCIENCE's core gallium nitride technology invention patents, dismissing Infineon's invalidation claims. This marks another major legal victory for INNOSCIENCE in these key administrative proceedings. It is worth noting that Google recently officially launched two new products in its eighth-generation TPU processor series: the TPU 8t, designed for AI model training, and the TPU 8i, optimized for inference tasks. It is understood that TPUs are central to AI computing, while gallium nitride serves as a critical power component for efficiently supplying power to TPU clusters, together supporting high-performance, low-power AI infrastructure. According to INNOSCIENCE's 2025 annual report, revenue from sales of gallium nitride modules reached RMB 446.2 million during the period, an increase of 142.6% year-on-year.
